The Simmons College of Kentucky Revolutionary Sound of the South Marching Falcons Band became the first-ever college band to march in Radcliff, Kentucky at its Culture Festival Parade. Dr. Kevin Cosby, the pastor of the Hardin County Branch of St. Stephens Baptist Church, is the President of Simmons College of Kentucky.
